To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間位於黃竹坑的buffet...如果不是住南區應該不會來...但見有promo做緊300蚊都唔駛...仲有生蠔等海鮮任食...一行4人決定放工勇敢一試...人很少...幾乎包場...而且環境也很舒適...適合慶祝生日/節日/一家大細來...冷盤選擇很多...大部分味道亦幾好...反而熱盤比較少...不過正正適合我們...來到這裡的主打...海鮮...長腳蟹青口魚生等等都大量供應...但一吃就知出事...不是很霉就是很重雪味...完全不是海鮮應有的味道...而即開生蠔亦唔靚...質素很參差...亦很腥...魚生方面...三文魚就是一般超市水準...雖然已經是厚切...但味道很淡...吞拿魚就更加無味了...甜品選擇ok...奶凍很清香...杏汁布丁味道很特別...其他地方不易吃到...最後值得一讚的是...酒店送的生日心太軟...水準一流...流心之餘又不會太甜太膩...而且朱古力味道很香醇...讚...
