今次黎食佢地個新推出嘅Weekend brunch

無聽錯,starter係任食!!每款都可以叫,每款都可以再order,而且份量一啲都唔麻呼。雖然係較A La carte嘅portion少,但絕對飽肚又美味,同朋友兩個人每款都叫一份黎試下未食哂都feel到8-9成飽😆

日式炸雞非常juicy,一定要點佢地個自家製芝麻醬,非常特別,惹味又香口;鐵板炒魷魚粒粒都好厚身,又彈又chewy; 蕃茄醬汁燴牛肚牛肚夠淋,配埋麵包和芝士流心煎蛋一齊食酸酸地幾開胃。

主菜點了signature的海膽意粉,面頭蒲上鮮甜的日本赤海膽,醬汁加入大量海膽煮成,每一啖都有濃濃的creamy海膽味。其實更值得一贊係個意粉,係店舖自家製的手工意粉,只係使用了蛋和麵粉,食落又滑又彈牙,有點似烏冬的口感。薄牛肉Sukiyaki使用了A4和牛包住牛膀、芝士、菠菜,滿滿牛肉汁和蔬菜鮮甜味。

。Homemade Japanese gelato (+$18) - 原來係紅豆味嘅雪糕,紅豆和奶香味好match。

🍾 Beverage
。Free flow Champagne (+$388) - 餐廳提供法國Moet Chandon Champagne,味道偏果香,甜甜地有好香嘅梨味,非常好飲。
