To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為魚願以嚐唔喺大街，差啲搵佢唔到。差不多到嘅時候致醒起自己身上現金九十文都唔夠，但又唔想行返轉頭，就繼續去啦。終於等到位之後，問過侍應唔收卡，佢叫我食完致去撳，返來比錢，超好人得知佢唔收加一之後，哈！我夠現金食我好鍾意食嘅鰻魚($82)。心情大好，食咩都特別好味。成碗飯係OK及格，不輪肉質同味道都唔特別標青，不過超級巿場買條 cheap cheap 原條鰻魚都六十幾七十文，家陣成個套餐都只係$82，超抵！最衰，佢冷氣唔流通，有點熱。
