京都百年老店之一的京林屋,抹茶迷的我當然要去潮聖啦。裝潢簡樸以淺木色為主,卻時尚的空間感,而且有和紙日式間隔的兩個獨立二人座位。店外的甜品展示模型已經很吸引我,刨冰、蕨餅、芭菲、甜湯......等等,種類繁多。店員安排入座後,馬上送上水及濕紙巾,服務有禮又貼心。香港限定芭菲$98,層次分明有齊九層食材組成,可以一次試齊店內食品,而且香港限定,抹茶迷必試。抹茶軟雪糕夠滑又有濃厚抹茶味,但太快溶啦,影了二張相就已經溶出杯口。白玉又綿又煙韌做得好好。抹茶啫哩味道算濃,較軟身帶點彈性,滑溜溜好快滑入喉中。但蕨餅反而味道不夠,而且太硬身爽口不夠軟綿。中間夾雜蛋糕及寒天,增加多款口感,不會食到悶膩。再來有紅豆香甜與忌廉軟滑奶香。最底有兩粒酸酸甜甜的士多啤梨,畫上完美句號。抹茶卷蛋配玫瑰蘋果煎茶 $108,蛋糕好鬆軟彈,口感好好又輕盈。抹茶忌廉又滑又香,好重茶味,甜中帶點茶甘。紅豆比較甜,伴煙煙韌韌的白玉好好咬,也平衡甜度。還有抹茶雪糕,雖然冰感重易溶,但勝在抹茶味重又不會過甜。抹茶芝士蛋糕配葡萄煎茶 $108,芝士餅的色澤不算綠,而且看上去好硬身。但試一啖後,發現鹹香味較重的芝士蛋糕。質感好綿好軟
