To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過雲咸街，一定見到依間裝潢古色古香既怡紅院，就算見唔到，夜晚望過對面街都見到雞那咁大隻字😂真係好eye catching!一坐低就有驚喜, 有得求籤抽獎，勁開心抽到湯底半價🥰🥰見其他仲有全單85折，送枝酒咁，都好抵👍🏻原隻椰子雞鍋併蕃茄薯仔湯無花無假倒入原個椰青水，清甜鮮味。雞件由生滾到熟，肉嫩鮮味。蕃茄湯鍋都好足料，肉骨粟米全部食得。美國桶蠔新鮮蠔味重，帶子位都好甜，6隻都飽滿，一啖入口好正👍🏻手切本地牛頸脊肉質軟熟牛味重，脂肪比例塊塊都平均。爆汁牛筋丸（半份）真係好juicy同埋寧舍彈牙。蕃茄芝士豬肉餃（半份）幾特別，最好味係烚完之後芝士半溶。皇帝菜用椰青水湯底黎烚菜，吸盡清甜湯底，加埋本身皇帝菜陣味已經好好食。下次黎要再抽湯底半價🤞🏻
