To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

拆肉泥蜢粥，掂！

6月19日19:45在一國兩制是日要開工(去年11月派遣到深圳公司)。難得準時收工，便南下回家，小魔怪來電，是晚家中不開飯。便想趁機試再興，可惜"端午節休息一天"便再試這店，要了拆肉泥蜢粥。新店比老店大，但四處貼滿了，有點點浮誇的產品推介。粥底：夠綿夠厚(我的至愛)，可惜偏鹹。泥蜢：肉實而甜美，夠質感。服務：不會太差，我淨食最便宜的粥，我拒絕推介的，但其後仍算禮待；上時嬸嬸不忘說句"小心碎骨"。樓下數位"面"友：，我當晚是身穿牛仔褲，腳踏破皮鞋，帶著個殘破電腦袋。但仍可安安樂樂地，吃完這碗粥。題外話：同行如敵國，是因人而異；對面茶餐廳的店員，到這店買碗白粥，要淡的，嬸嬸說有難度(因粥底已混入魚湯)，結果老闆照辦，並免費奉送。
