To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2004-10-30 8pm睇完戲, 朋友喉嚨痛, 想食粥, 近碼頭, 順手搭船過o黎灣仔食靠得住.(因為朋友o吾鐘意食稯所以今次無叫)2人吃-* 拆肉泥蜢粥- my favourite 粥, 陳皮香, 魚肉o吾腥, 拆哂肉勁方便, 係有少少碎骨但問題不大.* 黃沙潤粥-o 的黃沙潤大塊到豬扒一樣, 灼得剛好, o吾會死實老哂, 推!!* 爽鯇魚皮($35) - 份量少o左o的, 不過呢度係我食過最好既其中一間, (另一間係土瓜灣記) 爽滑新鮮.* 油炸鬼($6) - 無辦法, 不是新鮮即製, 係淋哂lor.不過呢度o的位勁窄又細, 坐得o吾舒服, 不能久留, 食完即閃.
