中秋節人團圓，團圓當然少不了打邊爐，偶然發現這家新營業的餐廳，最近做緊特價68折的優惠，中秋就來這打邊爐了一進門就被牆壁上的土耳其熱氣球壁畫所吸引，好靚湯底選擇很多大約有十種！今日選擇了健康的花膠雞湯花膠雞湯鍋伴隨著湯底端來的有半隻雞，侍應會協助將花膠剪入湯底，等湯熱了可以自行將雞肉放進去煮，湯很滋補又好味，喝了好多碗，肉質軟嫩醬料+3款小食半熟牛肋片肉質味道鮮美，好味！蜂巢豆腐配上吸飽的湯汁，健康又飽足蔬菜拼盤蔬菜拼盤很大一份！連裝蔬菜的盤子都靚總體而言餐廳食材水準之上，雞湯足料好滋味，餐廳環境新穎，裝潢上頗有心機，打開這道任意門後，視覺和味覺都是享受，推薦給大家
