拉面一試

今日試左“魂“拉面(面中，湯中)， 先講湯底，唔夠濃但咸，還好味精不多，不過已不想多喝。(平時好味嘅會飲哂)面，我選中，但出嚟面質略硬，火候不夠。叉燒好味，肥瘦適中。玉子一般，不過不失。整體嚟講可以一試，但如果要排隊就不值一等。
