專一好重要,這小店專注做拉麵,才能做出水準之作,還感受到用心去做才能做到最好。拉麵只有四款口味,款款皆精!這間店拉麵除了美味拉麵,還有親民店員。打開門店員笑容親切,介紹拉麵種類,亦會了解客口味,講解做拉麵心得,很少有親民小店店內日式裝修,有自修室獨立座位,最適合一個毒食。另一邊四方枱可二人撐枱腳或一家幾口小店榮獲多項殊榮 餐廳設有平板電腦點菜亦有點菜紙餐廳細心枱底設有勾掛袋魂 $89是最原味豬骨,湯底濃郁,不加味精,原來湯底用90斤豬骨熬10小時,而且一滴油都沒有,背後工序繁複,需拋骨工序才能煮出濃郁豬骨味,又需要冷藏去等油冷凍再去油,單喝湯已經值口票價!麵條曲曲灣灣,煙韌彈牙,同時掛上濃郁豬骨湯!聽店員說麵條是獨家配方,只此一家叉燒肥瘦適中帶肉香糖心蛋用上日本蛋,蛋香及流心程度理想日本梅子雪碧 $18雪碧加梅子味道幾特別,微微梅子味好像有點解膩感覺
