To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係筲箕灣東大街有好多食店，價錢又平到貴都有，最後揀左呢間拉麵店，主要因為價錢唔貴又有好多小食揀枱上擺左一小籃子熟雞蛋，凍既，可以任食，食左兩只，已好夠，味道係雞蛋味，不要有過多期望，不過呢個好貼心，係主菜黎前可以醫下肚先！叫左個拉麵餐，約八十元，一碗拉麵加一個小食我叫左豬軟骨拉麵，麵份量夠，豬軟骨入味，但料唔係好多，個湯咸左少少我地三個餐有三個小食，叫左炸豆腐，雞軟骨串同餃子。呢三個小食都好好食，熱啦啦，入味，最好食係豆腐，外脆內軟，剛炸起，仲好熱。可惜但餐唔包飲品，要另叫，有熱茶
