去紅橋食赤橋,一個人吃晚餐,我通常都會揀食拉麵,我是拉麵控唔係第一次幫襯,我諗都幫襯左4~5次,第一次幫襯係因為有報道話係日本人開嘅拉麵店,於是經開就去試菜我星期一去,約6:15pm, 店旁已排左12個人,好彩我係一個人食,如果唔係要等下一round先有得入食緊個時,條隊都係1x人到,如果假期就自己諗諗d時間喇枱上有果醋&辣椒醬,等緊麵個時可以睇下"赤橋新聞"魚介湯拉麵湯底好正,濃而不鹹,唔會有豬味,我差唔到飲晒成碗都唔覺口渴或喉嚨乾叉燒:好腍,用條脷壓下就會散;唔會太肥,好味筍:入味,唔會硬葱花:新鮮,帶微辣蛋:醬油嘅香甜味帶出埋d蛋味,少少流心,好香,好正麵:不粗不幼,軟硬度我諗屬於中間(去d有得剔軟硬度嘅拉麵店,我會揀硬), 麵條裡面有d類似穀物嘅小粒,唔影響口感整體味道做得好好,都冇野挑剔d湯差唔多成碗飲晒

魚介湯拉麵
湯底好正,濃而不鹹,唔會有豬味,我差唔到飲晒成碗都唔覺口渴或喉嚨乾
叉燒:好腍,用條脷壓下就會散;唔會太肥,好味
筍:入味,唔會硬
葱花:新鮮,帶微辣
