To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

拉麵樂悠悠，港粵味遊走

啱啱去咗間小林札幌拉麵試咗碗招牌，味道真係咁正宗！🍜 湯底夠晒濃郁，一啖落肚即刻暖笠笠，啖啖都有牛油嘅香，順滑得嚟唔會膩口。啲拉麵嘅麵條又係夠勁射嘅，煙韌又彈牙，啖啖都話得過癮。仲有呢，海帶又爽口、蘿蔔又入味，配料做得好有心機。就算拉麵做得幾好食，但叉燒就略嫌少咗啲，得幾片覺得有啲掛住。不過，質素真係一流，肉質嫩滑，味道又鮮美。😋呢家店嘅氣氛好港式，又有啲日式風格，食物質素同服務都算係嘅。值得一試嘅，下次我會再挑戰第啲樣野食，可能會兜個螃蟹湯底或者咩豚骨湯底，跟部隊再衝啊！✌️😉👏
