將軍澳區嘅拉麵店選擇唔多,每次拉麵癮起,我都會去依間大門拉麵食堂朋友叫咗個招牌:大門沾麵沾麵湯汁係分開上嘅,入面仲有兩大塊日式叉燒,筍絲,蔥花沾麵嘅湯汁一如既往地濃厚,帶有豚骨同魚介嘅香氣,掛麵食好有嚼勁!而我自己就試下佢新menu:鹽燒鯖魚拉麵湯麵嘅拉麵熱辣辣,除咗面頭大大塊嘅鯖魚之外,下面鋪咗好多蔥絲,辣椒絲同菜葉鯖魚個皮燒到好香脆,魚油多到滴哂出嚟,而入面嘅魚肉雪白厚身飲一啖湯底,本身預期會係較清淡嘅鹽味,但出奇地原來係胡椒胡椒味好重,食落有刺激性,甚至有啲辣添
