最近和朋友都喜歡愛上了吃拉麵，拉麵最重要的靈魂就是湯底，一個美味的湯底，相信每一個廚師也付出很多！這間餐廳環境佈置十分之明亮，座位也十分之舒適.這個嗚虎拉麵利用日本魚乾配上香濃的豬骨湯底，因此湯底十分之濃厚，拉麵方便也十分之彈牙，也能夠做出掛湯的效果，加上大大隻的溫泉蛋，幸福感十足.令一碗拉麵利用大量的香蔥，作為配料，能夠吃得出油香，木耳絲十分之爽脆，我們還追加了椰菜，及香脆的餃子作為小食，這個餃子外皮香脆，但內裏卻充滿了肉汁，廚師火候控制得剛剛好.
