老實講,法國餐係我食得最少最少嘅菜式,唔係我唔鍾意食,而係普遍嘅法國餐廳環境暗到乜都睇唔到不特止,仲要有咁耐食咁耐,其實夜媽媽食,真係好眼瞓㗎!要浪漫,真係要付出代價..... 但近排聽聞渣甸山開咗間法國餐,睇相又幾靚幾光猛喎,又有免費泊車,今晚就同爸媽去試吓!真係開心,未嚟過一間咁光猛嘅法國餐廳,老闆娘Haddy帶我哋去到盡頭嗰間房,樓底真係高,高到呢..... 喺文化磚牆上仲有一堆放紅酒嘅架,另一邊就有個小火爐,四圍都係雪山嘅畫,似足法國家庭式小餐廳咁,環境已經夠討好,張櫈仲要非常好坐... 一坐低已經唔想走!睇睇menu先,5個course $488一位?!3個人,就叫2個set,加一個main dish之後share就啱啱好喇!龍蝦湯未飲,聞到已經香到不得了!質感冇平時飲開嘅lobster bisque咁濃,呢個比較稀啲,但味道非常鮮甜,好似食緊好多隻龍蝦咁樣!不過飲落有少少辣...法式洋蔥湯比較稀,上面浮住一塊麵包及少量芝士,嫌唔夠cheese嘅,旁邊仲有一小碗cheese!洋葱味道非常濃,每小粒洋蔥都好熟好軟綿,但因為芝士唔係太多,所以唔會蓋過咗個湯本身嘅鮮甜味道田螺批平時

未飲,聞到已經香到不得了!質感冇平時飲開嘅lobster bisque咁濃,呢個比較稀啲,但味道非常鮮甜,好似食緊好多隻龍蝦咁樣!不過飲落有少少辣...

比較稀,上面浮住一塊麵包及少量芝士,嫌唔夠cheese嘅,旁邊仲有一小碗cheese!洋葱味道非常濃,每小粒洋蔥都好熟好軟綿,但因為芝士唔係太多,所以唔會蓋過咗個湯本身嘅鮮甜味道

田螺批
平時食焗田螺就食得多,今次變咗做批唔知會點呢?先食碟上面嗰3粒先,點埋homemade香草忌廉汁,正!切開個批,勁crispy,一切就碎晒,入面塞滿田螺,勁開心,鍾意食田螺嘅朋友應該會好鍾意食!

鴨胸沙律
有3塊好薄嘅鴨胸,原來喺法國攞過金獎㗎,食落好似火腿咁樣,好濃烈嘅smoke味道不過易入口;當店員上菜時,我仲心諗個沙律兜咁得意嘅?原來係專登焗出嚟㗎,好薄好脆,入面除咗沙律菜外,仲有藍莓、杏脯肉、松子仁、hazelnut、橄欖、蘿蔔絲,口感豐富到不得了,夠晒有誠意,份量仲非常大,3個人食都完全冇問題!

羊肩
並唔係普通嘅羊,係來自Sisteron嘅乳羊,當日法國總統奧朗德都係用呢度嘅羊嚟款待英女皇㗎!我唔食羊,但根據爸爸所講,肉質好腍,睇住佢只係用刀將舊羊肉搬上碟已經散咗一半,可想而知係幾咁鬆化。但由於係乳羊嘅關係,所以唔係太臊,連平時唔食羊嘅媽咪都食到,不過我都係唔敢去試。其他配菜亦都出色,有豆、蘿蔔、瓜及去皮薯仔等,爸爸近排已經細食咗好多,但佢都食晒成碟菜,犀利!

旁邊一堆黃色嘅,我以為係蜜糖芥末子醬添,原來係risotto? 食完都唔記得問添... 黃油春雞肉厚不過啲骨好細,我都未食過咁細隻咁得意嘅雞翼哈哈,薄薄嘅皮下面差不多係零脂肪,肉嫩而且雞味香濃;最吸引嘅係竟然係喺雞皮度食到蜜糖芥末子嘅味道,平時唔食雞皮㗎,好在有切嚟試吓咋否則走寶喇!而雞下面嘅配菜同樣地都係誠意十足,今次就唔係去皮薯仔喇,而係連皮嘅焗薯,食食吓乜咁似細個成日食嗰隻新薯嘅?嗰陣媽咪會買一包新薯焗俾我返學食,連皮嘅薯仔的確有另一種風味,哈又俾我搵到童年回憶喎!仲有少量煙肉,不過煙肉就肥咗啲了

酥皮焗牛柳
其實都已經飽飽哋,哇呢個份量又咁大嘅?其實4個人都真係食得落囉!切開酥皮,哇塊牛柳大到不得了,點少少牛肝菌汁,太惹味喇!我非常欣賞個汁,因為除咗牛肝菌之外,仲俾我搵到羊!肚!菌!哇哈哈,兩種最愛嘅菇撈埋一齊做汁,不得了咯!最後都係要同Haddy講,唔該俾多啲汁我吖,唔夠啊...... 不過掛住一路食一路講,最後個牛柳凍咗,可惜,但可幸佢哋上main dish嘅碟全部都係熱㗎,抵讚!同樣地,呢個main dish都有薯仔做配菜,不過今次嘅係非常特別,係一小座用薯仔切成一片片再疊高嘅薯仔山,超級可愛啊!中間仲要搽滿牛油及芝士,再充斥住濃烈嘅蒜頭香味呀,救命呀好邪惡呀但我真係食唔落呀,不過真係好好味,最後都係食晒...... 仲有一小串法國車厘茄,靈舍鮮甜多汁,佢隔離有一串用煙肉包住嘅豆,幾有心思,唔係求其放一堆豆出嚟咁樣!

Brownie配雪糕 (是日甜品)
當然,甜品係另一個胃。

一向對brownie都冇乜好感,因為覺得佢好甜,不過有爸爸喺度,佢鍾意朱古力,食得到嘅!呢件brownie冇相像中咁硬,比較易切開嚟食,入面仲有合桃咁得意嘅?!而且甜度適中,放少少自家製Vanilla雪糕一齊食,又幾好食喎!我都忍唔住食咗幾啖

Rhubarb mousse (是日甜品)
Haddy話呢個係用一種酸酸哋嘅生果(Rhubarb)做成嘅mousse,媽咪話佢喺超市就見得多,食就未食過,咁就梗係一定要試吓喇!mousse係好淺好淺嘅紫色,味道酸酸清新,食飽主菜食返個咁酸嘅甜品其實真係唔錯!

差不多食完嘅時候,同Haddy傾幾句,原來佢哋之前喺元朗嘅,後來居民協會邀請佢哋嚟渣甸山開餐廳,佢哋一直想將大部份食材都由法國訂過嚟,但奈何要雪呢,而呢度比以前大好多,大都可以放11個雪櫃,所以而家可以開始喺法國訂食材過嚟喇。小至車厘茄及薯仔,大至羊肉都係來自法國㗎!$488一個餐可以食到來自法國嘅食材,會唔會抵咗啲呢?所以呢個價錢只會做埋9月30日,之後就會加價了(不過未知加到幾錢喎!)我就心諗喇,而家好多鍾意渣車四圍試有特色餐廳嘅年輕人,呢度完全符合條件喎!夠晒靜啦、價錢合理、裝飾又靚又有風味啦,最重要冇法國餐廳嗰種拘謹吖嘛!成餐飯都食得好輕鬆愉快,而且上菜速度跟得住香港人嘅急促,我食咗2個鐘咋!
