To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

紀念日想搵間好既西餐廳食晚飯,見呢度好受歡迎一於訂枱試下。餐廳入面有好吸睛既bar枱位同水晶吊燈,幾有情調咁。叫左二人套餐,一人一杯香檳,配埋幾隻即開生蠔,接著就上左個煙燻沙甸魚前菜,連埋上面用醋醃過既魚籽同番茄粒一齊食,幾特別既配搭。之後既煎半熟北海道帶子配菠菜蓉擺盤好靚,未食先影個相打卡~帶子煎到半熟,保持到鮮甜外,口感亦好柔軟。牛肝菌湯都落足料,飲得出滿滿既菌菇顆粒感。最期待既主角終於出現了~澳洲M5和牛牛柳,最邪惡既係上面既鴨肝,一啖食晒鴨肝個份油香同和牛既肉汁,完美配搭!飽左七成之後仲有個西班牙紅蝦意粉,將紅蝦蝦頭油撈落意粉度,真係幾飽都可以清晒去。最後甜品竟然仲有大大舊朱古力蛋糕,幾乎食唔晒,好在有個甜品胃~整體食物都有中上水平,唯獨係覺得呢個價位既餐廳,服務須素可以改進得更好。
