約咗閨蜜喺中環食飯,食乜就由佢哋話事,唔想成日食中西日式餐,於是就揀咗呢間食東南亞美食的餐廳試吓馬來西亞肉骨茶(大)肉骨茶帶有鮮濃的肉香,以多種中草藥及香料熬製而成,香料獨特的香味,加上慢慢滲出濃郁而不苦澀的藥材味道,再伴以醬油、碎紅椒及油條蘸湯來吃,風味正宗燒參峇魔鬼魚配飯套餐選用魔鬼魚魚鰭部分,先焗後燒,肉質嫩滑;參峇醬微辣,相當惹味招牌海南雞(半隻)雞肉滑溜有雞味,付上傳統的辣醬、黑豉油、薑蓉,個人喜歡蘸黑豉油甜而不膩,入口涼爽沒有一絲油膩感,進一步提升雞的鮮味馬拉盞通菜煲這道菜以煲仔上,鑊氣夠之餘又可保持香氣,馬拉盞味道不會太辣,反之增添咸味及提升蔬菜味道,加上通菜炒得夠爽口又保持青綠,用嚟送飯一流牛油酥餅配咖哩汁牛油酥餅香酥軟熟,蘸埋濃香微辛的咖哩汁,滋味滿滿串燒半打(豬/牛/雞)豬、牛、雞各2串,燒得香口,蘸埋香濃的沙嗲醬,絕配新加坡喇沙湯底用椰汁及多種香料熬煮而成,辛辣惹味,配搭海鮮份外鮮甜,而米線則軟熟滑溜檳城炒米粉材料相當豐富,米粉爽口配以黑醬油炒製甜而不膩薏米水(凍)跟套餐送的,煮透的薏米煙韌軟糯,冰凍薏米水有消暑去濕,美白去水腫及清熱降火的好處,女士至愛青檸咸檸梳
