To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

離遠見到大大個招牌寫住招牌鮮蝦蝦頭膏炒飯，望落好似好吸引，叫招牌嘢通常實冇死，於是就放膽一試。點知好失望，一個五十幾蚊既招牌炒飯，咩都冇，一兜米飯，極少量罐頭粟米粒，幾粒臘腸，大約五舊蝦 ，蝦膏見唔到，亦食唔到蝦膏味，味道淡，料又少，獲氣又冇，餐牌上邊仲話「香口惹味」，真係完全相反。 呢個招牌菜真係……. 連招牌菜都搞成咁，其他嘢更加可以唔使試。 佢仲有個冬瓜湯送，反而個冬瓜湯好飲，夠味。好過一般例湯。服務方面就一般啦
