To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位置有少少偏僻,如果唔係朋友帶路我可能都要搵一段時間,今日我哋主要係為咗佢嘅招牌牛角包而嚟😍龍蝦湯流心牛角包:牛角包嘅外層烤到好酥脆好有層次感,一切開香濃嘅龍蝦湯就會湧出嚟,入口有少少似飲緊酥皮湯但係外皮仲可以保持到酥脆,做得非常出色🦞香辣煙茄黑毛豬腩意粉 :西班牙黑毛豬腩用上48小時真空慢煮,肉質嫩滑而且鬆化!軟硬適中嘅扁意粉配上酸辣煙茄醬汁同帕馬臣芝士,惹味開胃🐷白松露野菌流心蛋高纖穀物意大利飯:一上枱白松露牛油嘅香氣已經撲鼻而來🫶🏻肉桂蘋果流心牛角包:外皮同龍蝦湯牛角包一樣酥脆,入口有啲似食緊蘋果批,酸酸甜甜好好味 🥐真空慢煮法式芝士蛋糕:係我食過最重芝士味嘅芝士蛋糕😍芝士味濃郁之外蛋糕軟滑細緻仲好creamy!配上酸咪咪嘅自家製藍莓果醬,仲可以中和油膩感🧀雖然我哋係為咗牛角包而嚟,但係餐廳其他嘅食物質素都好高,我哋都對今餐非常滿意😋
