To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 中午嚟到沙嗲王食lunch，今次嚟食久違嘅招牌白咖哩豬扒飯。-------------------------白咖哩豬扒飯 $64豬扒煎到外脆內軟，肉質軟腍，但唔會有鬆肉粉味。白咖哩依然濃郁香濃，夠creamy，送飯一流。仲有少少微辣，唔食得辣嘅人都接受到凍荔枝紅茶配寒天波波 +$3今次揀咗少甜，甜度就啱啱好，荔枝味正常，寒天波波好有嚼勁，好飲
