收工約左老婆逛灣仔買手機電順便逛一逛, 行經灣仔道時望到對面有食店用大大隻蟹嘅蟹粥做生招牌。對上一次食蟹粥已經係一年前係澳門食, 難得見到香港有可以食蟹粥嘅食店, 當然要同老婆入去拆蟹啦。😋一番風味裝修好有復古風格, 店內擺放了很多舊時代街道照片, 連餐牌設計都幾特別。打開餐牌當然第一時間搵搵個蟹粥先啦, 招牌蟹粥原來係用原隻羔蟹做的, 冇分Size, 一煲$348, 比澳門食仲要平。😍另外店員推介左風沙鮑魚同紅酒扣牛尾, 由於我地得兩個人點埋呢兩樣都唔敢再加野, 驚食唔哂。🙈最先上枱嘅係風沙鮑魚, 未食已經聞到風沙香味, 風沙其實同避風塘炒法差唔多, 非常香脆, 唔太咸微辣, 配上鮮嫩爽口嘅鮑魚, 一脆一軟口感好突出。👍鮑魚食得出好新鮮, 由於鮑魚已預先起肉再放回, 所以食起黎好方便。😄大大隻鮑魚, 外脆內軟。😄呢樣係店員推介嘅新菜式: 紅酒扣牛尾, 份量大得太驚人。😳 全鍋都係牛尾, 兩個人食每人食到5, 6舊。牛尾煮得好腍軟, 紅酒汁調製得好好, 紅蘿蔔已煮到溶於紅酒汁, 連同洋蔥等材料味道入哂牛尾入面。煮出黎嘅牛尾又香腍又唔羶, 連唔好牛肉嘅老婆都食左好多。😙主角招牌羔蟹粥超級

主角招牌羔蟹粥超級超級足料, 隻羔蟹好大隻勁多膏。😍 粥底蟹皇色, 啖啖粥都食到蟹羔, 蟹肉亦好鮮甜, 一隻大羔蟹原來真係好多肉, 我地一人食左半隻蟹同4, 5香濃蟹皇粥, 呢一餐超滿足。😋
