To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同老公出佐敦嘉賓大廈，取身體檢查報告後，途中經過見到間新開小店「澳門咖喱王新鮮腩」就食埋中午飯才回家啦！選擇困難症發作😂，餐牌上有不同種類招牌牛腩飯選擇👍先來一碟《必食獲獎川醬干炒牛河》＄69 ，落單時可以點🌶微辣、小辣、中辣、大辣，我選了小辣。急不及待品嚐😋，河粉乾爽厚薄適中，吃落熱辣辣👍，牛肉食材新鮮，冇雪味，纖維細軟，牛味濃郁，十分有鑊氣🌟再來碟《皇室印度健康蔬果咖哩金錢肚飯》＄59，吃落咖哩清香味道，用蔬果蓉加咖哩，有另一番風味😋😋再來《招牌清湯牛腩》＄55，牛腩是新鮮，食到牛腩肉質鮮嫩，沒有肉渣，原來食材是很重要的🌟🌟最後來《全港獨創即煎酒糟肉餅》食落層次分明，外面有焦香味，𥚃面肉汁配料豐富，味道一流👍👍整體來說食料用心❤️細心造出特式菜😍😍
