老公話同事食過尖沙咀火鍋郎,質素唔錯,價錢公道,叫我同佢去試吓。火鍋店開業不久,位於樓上一樓,地方整潔,座位寬敞舒適。招牌花膠響螺雞金鍋:金黃色嘅雞湯已經好鮮味,加埋南瓜味道更濃郁更鮮甜。花膠爽口,鮮雞嫩滑,飲完雞湯就加入豬骨濃湯打邊爐,客人亦可加錢再加雞湯。日本佐賀名水豚梅花肉日本佐賀名水豚五花名水豚是在零污染的高山牧場飼養,被譽為豚肉中的和牛,肉質鮮嫰,油花細緻,色澤及味道極其吸引。 日本廣島生蠔:有鮮甜蠔味之餘又唔會腥,口感柔滑,煮熟後不會過份縮水。桂花蚌爽口彈牙帶鮮味。手打海中蝦丸:用上新鮮海蝦用人手打做,加上自家秘製調味料,保留原粒蝦仁,口感爽滑彈牙。鮮蝦雲吞餃:皮薄餡鮮,內有鮮蝦好爽口。潮州魚蛋、台灣脆皮腸、炸魚片頭、即炸午餐肉、鬼馬手打海中蝦滑,除咗火鍋配料,還有小食都唔錯。
