To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

外賣有原個砂窩煲仔飯，Gimmick滿分，送到上門打開仲熱都值得一讚！不過日本肥牛窩蛋煲仔飯 $120隻蛋已經全熟（我都明比隻生蛋又好似唔合衛生，係我有不切實際既期望，但我叫窩蛋真係諗住有得撈蛋汁...）而另一主要食材日本肥牛係牛肉粒，肉質偏韌，呢個仲要係全餐廳最貴果款，加啲紫菜同洋蔥就變東洋風？真係令我非常失望！另一款煲仔飯係北菇臘腸雞 $80，賣相吸引好多，望落都覺得多餸！不過我無食到，朋友話正正常常。另外叫份食神腩叉燒 例牌 $119，望落半肥瘦，肉質唔錯，但唔知係咪因為底有層油定蜜糖，食落好痴牙！味道又無乜特別，所以大家都對呢個招牌叉燒興趣不大。*以上價錢為堂食原價，外賣平台 價格有加有減，但因為朋友落單，所以忘記確實價錢。
