To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金華冰廳，基本上樣樣野都咁好食最正就梗係佢啲菠蘿油啦!日日新鮮自家餅房製造，每幾分鐘就有一盆新鮮出爐，大大個唔係空氣包菠蘿皮香脆，塊牛油又夠哂凍同厚，唔會溶化哂。就算唔坐低食，經過都要買返個走下午茶餐A，五香雞翼兩隻配酥皮蛋撻。雞翼香脆唔覺油膩，仲要係雞全翼，夠大方，動手食最夾咖哩芝士雞扒撈丁，又係大愛咖哩汁夠多夠香，撈丁夠乾身，雞扒大件，芝士大塊味濃整個配搭簡直完美，建議二人share冇咁濟仲可以食多啲其他野啲咖哩汁份量適中，每長丁都沾滿咖哩凍奶茶熱谷咕，建議加煉奶，奶味可令杯朱古力更香濃
