Frites Belgium on Tap 在香港有多間分店,之前到訪過銅鑼灣店,食後評價理想。今回再訪中環店,期待再有滿足的一晚。兩店比較,裝潢上大同小異,兩者均帶有復古風。前者用餐區長方四正,後者呈 L 型,個別位置自成一角可作派對之用,更留有兒童天地親子同樂。 以沙律作頭盤難免欠缺一份新鮮感,相反以 Crab Tian 作前菜,除能保持沙律菜式的開胃優勢外,更有豐盛的味覺刺激。清甜的蟹肉,綿滑的牛油果,及酸爽的菜絲,構建三重享受,配合脆香牛油多士同吃,更是四喜臨門。熱盤 Aubergines Au Parmigiana 是另一道開胃小吃。茄子本是吸汁上味之物,配以茄味酸香的 Provencale 汁味道更上一層樓。在每片茄子之上是一層半溶起絲的 Parmesan 及 Mozzarella 芝士,質感誘人。青口是比利時菜的名物,亦是 Frites 的代表作之一。上回品評了原味青口,今趟試試新口味,要了一鍋 Laksa Mussel Pot。青口選材是平日常見且較大隻的品種,秋冬時節份外肉厚肥美,更令人驚喜的位置是其嫩度,細嫩非凡,絶不比小藍貝遜色。叻沙本已是筆者喜愛的醬汁,配上
