話說小編幾年前去英國exchange(唔好嘗試計我年齡🙈🙈),臨返香港前一日專登孭住個11kilo既背囊去倫敦好出名既Duck&Waffle,點知去到嘅時候先知冇得walk-in,一定要book位😭😭結果就成為一個小小既遺憾👉🏻👈🏻隔咗幾年之後Duck&Waffle終於開到嚟香港,今次終於有機會試下佢既signature喇!呢度嘅座位都比較闊落,侍應會時不時幫你換餐具同碟,又會好詳細咁介紹推介嘅菜式。呢度既廚房採用開放式設計,整個廚房都一覽無遺,可以食住飯睇住廚師烹調😍😍。Foie Gras Creme Brulee外表完完全全present到好似焦糖布丁咁既甜品😋😋,面頭一層焦糖脆卜卜,入面既布丁用鵝肝醬整成,質地好軟滑,鵝肝味道好甘香,配埋甜甜地既餐包一齊食,冇咗平時食煎鵝肝果種油膩感,都幾推薦👌🏻👌🏻Grilled 18HR Pork Belly黑媽媽既外表唔知點解有啲喜感😂😂上枱時已聞到好香既孜然粉味,有啲fusion既感覺。經慢煮既豬腩肉面頭灑上唔少芝麻增添香味,啲肉好容易切開一絲絲,肉質大部份都幾腍,不過都有少部分稍柴,醬汁甜甜地帶少許孜然香,配上沙律醬同青瓜可以減少膩感。

黑媽媽既外表唔知點解有啲喜感😂😂上枱時已聞到好香既孜然粉味,有啲fusion既感覺。經慢煮既豬腩肉面頭灑上唔少芝麻增添香味,啲肉好容易切開一絲絲,肉質大部份都幾腍,不過都有少部分稍柴,醬汁甜甜地帶少許孜然香,配上沙律醬同青瓜可以減少膩感。

Duck and Waffle
嚟到最signature既Duck and Waffle反而比起其他菜式有啲失色😅。金黃色既煎蛋加上大大件既鴨腿同厚厚既waffle,外表睇起上嚟都貌似幾吸引,側邊仲有啲楓糖漿可以配waffle食,不過3樣嘢其實唔係好夾😅😅😅食落去唔會有融合嘅感覺。比較好食既係鴨腿上面嘅脆皮,脆卜卜好香口,鴨肉都幾腍,不過整體就普普通通,waffle都完全唔熱lol,我覺得有啲overrated🙈🙈🙈真係食一次就夠lol

Black Sesame Sticky Toffee Pudding
呢個甜品可以話係全晚最好食既菜式😂😂雪糕加上底下既拖肥布甸,一冷一熱口感好正😛😛😛布甸超級濕潤,芝麻味極之濃郁🤩🤩🤩,淋上額外既芝麻醬,芝麻味更昇華,不過食到後尾都有啲膩,share食就比較適合。
