To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話book左枱係紅磡食日本野，又一直都唔話比我知食邊間跟住佢穿過大廈行入細巷，見到成條街掛左滿滿日式紅燈籠😍🏮🎌🏮🎌對上一次嚟加太賀記憶中已是10年前😊先嚟小吃炸軟殼蟹，皮咁脆內熱，但份量多d就更好了再嚟小吃雞軟骨，有小小辣味，送酒一流油甘魚刺身，厚身，新鮮，魚油濃生招牌 花之戀😍😍真係好大舊~~食左一舊以經覺得飽了~~日式蠔餅， 唔會有腥味，但多左少少粉漿同唔夠脆身燒牛肉，最個真係好食 真係真係好食！！熟度剛剛好！好滿足嘅一餐，細個成日睇獎門人都見到佢，所以周不身都嚟食。相隔10年再嚟到呢度，有點懷念~~之後再嚟密啲先
