我係napoleon既超級fans!食過paris既作品~一試愛上..誓要尋找最好食既拿破崙!好食既宗旨係:新鮮既酥皮唔會淋/實~要crispy鬆化脆口+蛋香牛油味既custard!而非cream+sponge cake!哈~~又係一如過往的開場白~~strawberry Mille Foglia 1lb whole cake $270今次第34間~終於黎到試我想食好耐既COVA~人地一直都讚COVA出品既甜品...但由於佢地既仿拿破崙蛋糕係冇cut cake賣,只係得whole cake所以呢~終於到我大喜日子~可以食啦男友一星期前就order左呢個cake比我~到當日...食完晚飯就食呢個重頭既甜品啦~嗯...唔知係咪餐supper食得太耐~所以拎出黎既時候有d濕起~應該crispy既酥皮都淋哂~但strawberry就超多啦~唔只係面到好多~內涵都用滿strawberry~~~不過佢除左最底果層係custard之外~其他都係cream~而佢既custard既texture好似食緊d粟子蓉咁又有d似食緊意大利雪糕咁...大家當好似haggen dazs咁囉...不過都好smooth
