約咗舊同事唐師奶同瑨哥食飯,佢哋都係嗜辣一族,所以今晚就一齊挑戰川菜。食店用咗中國紅色做主調配埋中式嘅古箏音樂,地方都好大,座位寬闊。前菜梗係由淺至濃啦,先試呢個椒麻雞,聽聞呢個前菜好受歡迎,雞件入口嫩滑,好入味,麻香味重,但竟然唔辣,第一次見識到咩叫麻而不辣。 椒麻鹽水蝦,蝦肉非常爽口,青瓜粒有麻辣味 麻香豆腐炒飯,炒飯好乾身,絕對冇多餘嘅油,材料好多,少少麻辣味。富順香辣魚頭,見到紅紅嘅辣油拌住半邊魚頭,嘩,淨係睇己經帶黎視覺上嘅刺激,試埋入口,竟然冇預期中咁辣,魚頭好多膠質,魚肉好嫩滑。 鮮湯浸翡翠苗,一定要叫番個清新嘅菜中和一下剛才的刺激,湯底鮮甜,菜苗好嫩。樂山甜皮鴨,外層香脆,鴨肉帶有少少甜味,非常好食。
