朋友生日 今晚一行六人,跟大隊去咗九龍城打邊爐 ,今次幫襯咗原來有27年歷史嘅厚福館,喺門口已經見到大大個魚缸,有好多海鮮 ,最搶眼,就係大大隻白色嘅水晶蟹,入到去,睇到張點菜紙仲嚇親, 超多款式 ,湯底都有成二十多款, 今晚就點左水晶蟹4食, 有法式凍食丶 杜糠酒凍食丶 芝士黑松露丶 花雕蒸 ,最吊癮都係杜糠酒凍食,醃得很入味,酒香滿溢!還有店長推介的馬來西亞河魚王-巴丁魚 ,佢話全港獨有 ,因為條魚有成四斤幾,就決定分開用咗三種唔同嘅烹調方法 ,分別有清蒸 丶封煎 、炆。 味道各有特色,呢條巴丁魚,魚油豐富,肉質嫩滑,有驚喜。 仲有條飛彈魚刺身,鮮甜無比。打邊爐又點少得牛牛 ,今次叫咗三拚 ,有頸脊丶封門柳及邊抓位,封門柳最難忘,牛味超濃,原來一隻牛只得一少部份,激罕!今晚味蕾大滿足
