To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

訓醒差不多中午，諗下食咩，是日星期日+母親節，唔想去飲茶迫人+飲茶都係平時飲特價茶經濟D。於是去左元朗揾食，屋企人鍾意食譚仔米線，今日就去啦。去到1:30PM左右。都FULL左，不過岩岩有位，唔駛點等，坐低叫左:三哥尖椒皮蛋皇--$8—酸酸辣辣，幾開胃，特價先係$8，原價$16。新彊香草雞翼(大份/5隻)--$23，隻隻雞翼肥肥大大，都ok的，但好似其他2款好味D。牛肉米線清湯底--$21，牛肉今次冇咁諗，有D”UN” 腩肉米線麻辣湯底--$21+$1—腩肉有D肥肉，幾爽口，今次挑戰中辣，都幾辣架，但我就可以接受啦，食完有D幾傷喉嚨的感覺。凍檬茶2杯，加$5/杯，每次去都會加，因為加$5大大杯，好抵飲。埋單$84，好味，米線份量大，每次去都食到好飽。今次去，呢次算最多人，叫做FULL左，之前去幾前都唔駛等。元朗分店似乎冇其他分店咁多人，食物質素都冇咩大分別。所以自從元朗開左之後，我都唔駛特登出九龍D分店食。下次去，我會試$41那個過橋米線套餐，但會叫返麻辣或土匪雞翼。
