To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度既拉麵配辣肉味噌，真係唔講得笑，有4款辣度可以揀，今日揀左第3級辣，香濃惹味，辣到飛起！ 果堆辣醬肉碎就係精華所在，湯頭係正宗味噌湯，成碗望得充滿辣油咁亮勁有FEEL~未將辣醬混入成碗麵之前，先飲少少試下原味，湯頭幾有黏度，入口微鹹但柔和。蔥花撒得勁多，令碗麵又增添青蔥既獨特香氣。呢碗激辛味噌拉麵真係幾”啃”，鐘意食辣既人一定要試。下次試下挑選最辣果級先~
