話過要返轉頭試串燒,今天約了友人又去再試多次,因為佢地唔多食生野,所以主攻熟食去也~~~七味魔鬼魚翅、鹽燒牛舌、豚肉露筍卷~上次已經試過啦!實在太好味,今次要再encore~~鹽燒雞腎~佢用火雞腎燒,如果用返普通雞腎,相信會正統一啲鹽燒油甘魚鮫~燒到皮脆入面魚肉唔乾身鯛魚奶湯~大埔老店最鐘意都有佢份架,當然要介紹比佢地試下啦!綢魚+奶去煲,魚之一族必選!什錦天婦羅~食落唔油膩,炸得好透,無油「益」味煙肉蠔卷~第一次試,好特別,煙肉包住生蠔去燒,煙肉的油去到生蠔到,生蠔又不會燒得太乾身,另一新食法,有層次燒澳洲和羊架~坐埋三個都鐘意食羊,咁就一定要試下,澳洲和羊咬落口唔「鞋」口,有羊味,鐘意羊的朋友不可錯過燒茄子~其實茄子皮係好味的,不過佢上菜時幫我地起咗層皮,失咗燒的韻味日式味噌煮牛舌~推介,味噌煮超厚切牛舌,好入味,蘿蔔都吸晒啲汁既味,牛舌都炆得夠淋和爽口,好味到四條友連個汁都飲埋,友人仲話送白飯一流~~~呵呵!可以做午午定食吧!?雲龍炸~其實係炸麵條,炸功好就行了,好似小朋友時食d 崩沙般口感,相信送酒一流(酒牌申請中)特盛蒲燒鰻魚飯定食~推介呢個係午市定食,有茶碗蛋、前菜、沙律、

特盛蒲燒鰻魚飯定食~推介呢個係午市定食,有茶碗蛋、前菜、沙律、味增湯(無影相)再加呢個鰻魚特盛跟碗白飯,嘩咪講笑,佢係成條鰻魚上架。

G One Don (海膽雲層)~ 呢個係佢地剛剛上了某雜誌/某纲站推介的海膽雲層,因為我地已經好飽,但又心CC下⋯⋯就叫個細試下,知道要預訂才有的,膽粗粗試下問下我地有無口福先?正!有吖~千層海膽杯加拖羅蓉日式醋飯紫菜包!加咗金箔喺表層,而底層就係拖羅同醋飯!超級大滿足!面層海膽我包咗紫菜食,好creamy,底層連拖羅用匙羹一啖一啖入口食,問咗佢地海膽來自加拿大同埋韓國,好新鮮~~好開心,下次要挑戰個大碗的!😋(記得預訂)
