估唔到一心諗住食個簡單晚飯啫,咁都會有個 surprise。來到灣仔修頓附近的一間酒樓,未夠七點食客已不少。開壺靚香片,點幾個小菜,歎下花生,不知幾爽。就喺呢一刻,眼前出現大哥瑜。平時在NOW睇波,睇佢老人家講波就睇得多,今次我呢個足球Fans都是第一次見到佢真人。原來上鏡個樣真係會肥啲。又原來,佢約咗班六七年代的本地足球員前輩聚餐,擺了兩圍半,興高采烈,氣氛好 High。將個波傳返嚟呢邊先。侍應雖然忙於招呼佢哋,但都沒有怠慢對待我哋,餸菜上得都好快,招呼殷勤。【粉葛排骨湯】是用瓦煲來上的,湯料好足,有紅豆、粉葛、唐排和果皮,理氣又去濕,喺呢個潮濕悶熱天氣之下飲這個湯是非常適合。【椒絲腐乳通菜牛肉】份量多,牛肉入味又腍滑。通菜炒得啱啱,唔會炒到黑蚊蚊,仲好脆口。【欖角骨】係呢度招牌菜之一,每次來到必食。排骨大小適中,肥瘦均勻。醃好後,上炸漿,炸得香脆,然後回鑊跟秘製欖角汁快兜埋茨。欖角味好特別,好味!【豉汁帶子蒸豆腐】這個餸看似頗簡單,但是又很好味。豆腐香滑唔在講,最特別之處是豉汁的味道很和諧,又滲入咗啲鮮帶子的鮮味,令到平凡的豆腐蛻變成一道老少咸宜的美食。又係時候,將個波橫傳去大哥瑜

又係時候,將個波橫傳去大哥瑜嗰邊。佢哋食到七七八八喇,班人周圍走去敬酒,搞到酒樓鬧哄哄,仲圍住大哥瑜嚟隊。好彩今晚無波睇,大哥瑜唔使講波,如果唔係,佢一定會就住飲。
此刻,我哋就歎埋兩個糖水,紅豆沙和馬蹄露,就係時候返歸了。

紅豆起沙,夠香。
