長發麵家是我其中一間非常愛的中式麵店。豉油皇撈麵一直是我必點的，幼麵，加上特製的醬油，每條麵都沾滿醬汁，加上葱花，很簡單，但很美味。再叫了一但淨雲吞加墨丸，墨丸像是自家製，口感和樣子和平時買到的不同。雲吞的餡很多，蝦很大，也彈牙。
