好多年沒回來這一區,今天從石硤尾站上到地面,有點迷失!石硤尾已經第二次重建!我預約了參觀配水庫,有15分鐘吃午餐。隆冬時節,我選擇了長發。耀東街巴域街的舊樓已經全部拆掉!長發還是屹立不倒!來到檔口,小心翼翼!地面溼滑油油膩膩!高朋滿座,我為自己選擇了一個似乎安全的位置。因為趕時間,不選豬手。要了一碗墨魚丸米粉。在等待的幾分鐘,環顧四周,才發現單拼粉麵,$39!米粉送上,4粒,喝一口湯,微微的、香香的豬油味。墨魚丸鮮甜、口感不是彈牙那種,不過討好的,芹菜粒,畫龍點睛。趕快吃完離開,這裡不是用來嘆的地方。要吃豬手,我可能會買外賣。不過,淨豬手$85!以後有機會的。

長發麵家好多食評家都介紹過,看似只係平平無奇既路邊大排檔,原來佢係隱世香港其中一間最出名既豬手店😳豬手有六件,大細都平均,都算大隻,顏色係正常南乳而唔係染到紅噹噹個隻,炆到好夠淋但又唔會爛晒,超多骨膠原😍😍😍調味亦係岩岩好,個汁濃到張口,好食到咬完一啖豬手會再點返落去個汁到務求要舔到成個碟都乾淨晒🙈🙈🙈櫻花蝦辣椒油亦非常香口,如果可以唔迎合大眾口味而咁多味精就完美了,始終都唔慣食咁重味精除左豬手,手打魚蛋都好出名,不過深田埗區賣成三十幾蚊碗的確有啲進取😆又咁講,如果食過真係好食,呢個價錢都絕對值得比!所以我下次都會再黎試下其他野食同埋外賣豬手返家🤭

櫻花蝦辣椒油亦非常香口,如果可以唔迎合大眾口味而咁多味精就完美了,始終都唔慣食咁重味精

除左豬手,手打魚蛋都好出名,不過深田埗區賣成三十幾蚊碗的確有啲進取😆又咁講,如果食過真係好食,呢個價錢都絕對值得比!所以我下次都會再黎試下其他野食同埋外賣豬手返家🤭

As recommended by a celebrity chef, Cheung Fat makes the best braised pork knuckle in town! Even it's not in my neighborhood, it's probably worth trying.$85 for 6 pieces of braised pork knuckles. Fall-apart tender, tasty sinews, long-braised that the oil in the fat layer had dissolved and melted in my mouth. No added artifical orange color. The sauce was so full of collagen. 曾經與靚媽在此深水埗老牌麵檔,食過雲吞麵及牛腩河,曾對細仔仔講,呢兩款麵食味道麻麻有負此老牌麵檔之名,但细仔仔回應肥爸,此麵檔最出名好食係魚旦粉,若肥爸用其他麵食嘅味道唻評論此麵檔,出品水準是唔公吮,有見及此6月17日肥華在仍有堂食權利前兩日,專誠到此老牌名氣麵檔,獨試佢個碗鎮店名物魚旦河,依照慣例先嗜個湯底有恰可魚旦粉湯底味道,再食魚旦雖無爽口,彈牙之口感,但魚味濃係一粒好食嘅魚旦,反而個幾塊炸魚片就味道偏淡,又太簿切口感欠佳,河粉底則甚好總結此檔呢碗魚旦粉在現今年代,各款傳統美食都今如昔嘅情況下,巳算是一碗有水準之作,但此店因屬街邊大牌檔環境衛生欠佳就預咗,因無冷氣若在大熱天時在此牌檔進食,都唔係咁好受,况且在此牌檔咁環境之下,付出$39元衹能食到一碗魚旦粉,又似乎有啲那過

看似好簡單嘅豉油撈麵,食落口真係不是浪得虛名,麵嘅口感彈牙唔硬膠,加埋佢個特製豉油唔死鹹或者太甜,真係配搭得剛剛好~ 再撈多少少佢地個自製辣椒油真係不得了仲有個炸魚皮都要特別推介,真係好好味,香口脆唔油膩我地都有叫到另外個豬手麵,但都係覺得個豉油撈麵出色啲

仲有個炸魚皮都要特別推介,真係好好味,香口脆唔油膩
我地都有叫到另外個豬手麵,但都係覺得個豉油撈麵出色啲
