通常每兩個月左右就會去楓林小館,每一次都會食佢嘅招牌菜椒鹽白飯魚、椒鹽粟米、荷葉蟹飯、咕嚕肉,每次都係因為呢幾道菜而嚟,間中會食吓一啲魚、乳鴿、例湯、每一次都食得好開心☺️但除夕當日都係點咗平日食開嘅菜,當第一道菜椒鹽白飯魚上菜嘅時候,就憑外觀已經覺得同平時唔一樣,白飯魚嘅脆漿一啲都唔脆,而且冇乜味👎🏻椒鹽粟米本身會有好多辣椒同埋蒜頭擺饗面,我個仔最鍾意就係用呢啲嚟撈飯食,但今次只得六件平平無奇嘅粟米,其他配料全部都冇,味道唔使講,都係失色👎🏻咕嚕肉水準好一般,一啲都唔酥脆,唔難食,但如果知道係咁樣一定唔會再叫👎🏻荷葉蒸蟹飯,以前個飯係好香蟹味同埋荷葉味,今次個飯明顯地比平時用多咗雞蛋去炒,比我嘅感覺係將個炒飯擺落個荷葉度,再擺隻蒸好既蟹落去,個炒飯一啲蟹嘅味都冇,嚴重失色👎🏻一問之下,原來佢哋換晒廚房啲人,好似聽講話廚房人同樓面有拗撬,但係我好想話俾佢哋聽,換晒廚師之後已經食唔到以前嘅味道,相信我都唔會再返嚟食lu😅😅😅
