To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假自不然唔想在屋企煮早餐，例牌落街搵食，一於近近地去屋企附近的「大快活」啦。望一望餐牌，發覺佢有薄牛扒早餐我都未試過早餐食牛扒，見佢只係$35就決定試一試。其實這個早餐都好豐富㗎，除了有一塊薄牛扒，仲有炒滑蛋、多士和一杯熱飲。薄牛扒味道ok，唔會太韌，不過黑椒汁稍咸了一點。至於炒蛋，我嫌佢唔夠滑...有少許過熟，另外果間「開心快餐店」做得比佢好。牛油多士就正正常常，烘得剛剛好唔會燶晒。熱飲我揀左熱茶走，味道都係合格啦。我覺得「大快活」的奶茶或者茶走，水準都保持得唔錯。

其實這個早餐都好豐富㗎，除了有一塊薄牛扒，仲有炒滑蛋、多士和一杯熱飲。

薄牛扒味道ok，唔會太韌，不過黑椒汁稍咸了一點。至於炒蛋，我嫌佢唔夠滑...有少許過熟，另外果間「開心快餐店」做得比佢好。牛油多士就正正常常，烘得剛剛好唔會燶晒。

熱飲我揀左熱茶走，味道都係合格啦。我覺得「大快活」的奶茶或者茶走，水準都保持得唔錯。
