To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上個月都去左大家樂据左個雜扒餐，今次再encore，但就据個牛扒餐。呢個餐有一塊厚切牛扒、仲有一條玉米。首先牛扒煎得幾好，雖然就熟左D，但又未去到overcook，整體上D肉又唔會話韌。塊扒都好大塊，所以肉量好多，就算係男人食都會覺得夠飽。而今次都係配左黑椒汁，個汁唔會好辣，但又夠味。反而今次個玉米就唔係好得啦，好似有D生。而今次個酥皮湯仍然係完全唔得。個湯都本身唔得，同上次一樣佢個所謂既羅宋湯係淡得黎得胡椒味，直情可以叫胡椒水。而今次連個個酥皮都衰埋，完全冇香酥味又淋哂。所以整體而言成個餐得塊牛扒係100分，其他都係0分。
