To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港式滷味串係我掃街小食LIST 永遠的頭3位！每次去掃街，都忍唔住要食返幾串。葵芳有好多小食店都有賣港式滷味串，其實我覺得分別唔大。但我次次都係會黎呢間，無他，因為佢夠凍！港式滷味串唔凍，感覺上好似唔新鮮咁，但呢到既每次都係凍冰冰既。今次叫左腎，八爪魚同生腸。特別推介既腎，超級爽，又大塊！八爪魚同生腸就無乜特別。至於醬方面，必加係甜醬同芥末醬，姐姐先幫你落醬，但如果唔夠既話，都可以自己再加。由於我超鐘意食醬，我通常都要自己再加甜醬，但芥末醬就千其唔好落太多，唔係會食到勁攻鼻！！
