剛剛與朋友在置樂吃完辣魚蛋,牛柏葉和墨魚後,就想吃點甜的,去亞玉吃碗豆腐花最好不過,便宜又好吃,可謂又一掃街好選擇。朋友選吃黃豆豆腐花,她個人挺喜歡吃原味的,至於我較喜愛多變的口味,黑豆豆腐花配紅豆沙正合我的味兒,當然我們都吃凍的,天氣依然炎熱嘛。黃豆豆腐花滑溜非常,豆香十足,很難不愛上它。朋友吃法很健康,主要添加黃糖與薑汁,黃糖甜而不膩,特製薑汁濃郁鮮辣,令朋友脾胃舒暢起來。黑豆豆腐花比黃豆豆腐花更濃香,其滑嫩在口中滑過,滲人心脾。紅豆香甜綿密,伴黑豆豆腐花吃堪稱一絕,又不用搭配黃糖和糖水就可享受雙重滋味。圓股股的客家糍粑拿上手超有重量的,吃時也要小心翼翼,不慎的話就會像我弄得滿身。客家糍粑皮薄具彈性,既有花生粒,亦有幼細的芝麻,幼中帶粗的口感,頗有層次感,甜美可口。
