To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過上次既慘痛排隊經歷,港人報仇式出街食飯係真架,今次我地出動金卡,唔係金卡基本上係唔會食到,今次終於成功入到去啦😭😭揀左Lv4既澳洲和牛放題,有129品,除左澳洲和牛,仲有雞泡魚乾、魷魚、蠔、扇貝等等既食物都係lv 4先有,真係好興奮呀日本生啤只要加$30就可以任飲,有Asahi同Sapporo兩款,啤酒好夠凍,超正!澳洲和牛:肉質軟腍,肉味濃,牛板鍵同牛腹胸都好好味雞泡魚乾:透明燒至腍身金黃色,送酒一流王樣!魷魚:細細隻又新鮮,d魷魚鬚燒香後真係又香又好食扇貝、車海老:扇貝同蝦都新鮮,扇貝加了蒜蓉牛油,非常惹味池魚:平時真係較少放題會食到,燒後外皮微脆,肉質唔鬆散,不錯菠蘿:燒後都幾酸,有d失望自助bar仲有沙律、牛角飯、飲品、甜品等等既食物任揀,雪糕都非常有誠意,仲有雪糕筒供應,又脆又好味尖沙咀呢間通風系統不錯,冷氣夠晒凍,侍應都好有禮貌,唔漏單,雖然100分鐘係堅趕,但食物質素不錯,唯一略嫌食物調味普遍都比較重手,如果d鹽呀,調味料輕手少少就perfect啦

尖沙咀呢間通風系統不錯,冷氣夠晒凍,侍應都好有禮貌,唔漏單,雖然100分鐘係堅趕,但食物質素不錯,唯一略嫌食物調味普遍都比較重手,如果d鹽呀,調味料輕手少少就perfect啦
