To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日lunch去久違了嘅九龍城德昌食魚蛋粉，條龍竟然排到去街口。。。超誇張！(仲要已經係人流極快架啦。。。) 成年無嚟食過，可惜嘅係某d食物水準有d keep 到，有d 卻keep 唔到。魚蛋依舊彈牙好食，味道不變，必點之選！魚片薄咗，亦無以前咁好食。墨丸彈牙爽口可惜無墨魚香。炸魚片暫時仲係我心目中嘅no. 1, 香脆，鹹香，夠大塊，停唔到口！！雖然水準已經無以前咁好食，但一年食一次，留住回憶嘅味道都算係咁~
