已有兩年多沒有來呢間老字號酒樓飲茶了,前面的報紙檔沒咗門口空間大咗,但仍然好多人拿飛等入座,足足等了一個小時二十分鐘,才有位仲要搭檯,一行三人終於有位了,隔離有位茶客,他們是這𥚃的座上客,介紹了好食點心給我們例如小籠包,燒腩仔可惜服務員說賣光了。小食點了青芥末海蜇,好爽口夠涼,少少攻鼻,但ok的。芋蝦角,芋頭好冧蝦好爽兩煮配合得天衣無縫!雖然衹得兩件,過火少少,但都好味!芋絲煎薄餅,餅邊好脆,好食,這款餅不是其他酒樓咁加些少心思(芋絲)。跟著十多分鐘就到下午二時的下午茶,好抵食,早知晏啲來啦!好多點心,叫了三款粉:雪菜肉絲米粉,好味的湯沒有被米粉索哂;叉燒瀨和燒鵝瀨,湯夠熱,鵝皮好脆,好有鵝味,叉燒看來瘦咗啲,以為乾爭爭,但估唔到咁好食,一啲都唔鞋,好香玫瑰露,覺得從未食過咁好食。上湯豆苗餃味道一般,夠熱。最後點了蜜餞鷄翼,好鬆化的蜜糖皮,唔硬,鷄肉好入味。糯米雞的糯米好黏好煙韌。鮮山竹牛肉球,好軟𣺉𣺉配喼汁一流!好味! 仲有其他想吃,留待下次再來吃吧!
