To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 途經北京道見到網上人氣台式茶飲店,再次停下點一杯。可能因為近日開了不少過江龍茶飲專賣店,現在排隊比以前快了不少。 點了招牌之一‘’黑糖鹿丸鮮奶‘’和‘’小鹿出抺‘’。如圖片一樣,出品很漂亮。凍飲只可以點固定糖和固定冰。用明治牛奶泡制,奶味香濃幼滑。 珍珠QQ彈口, 因為兩杯都是用黑糖製成珍珠,所以帶有黑糖特有香甜味道,但因為糖的份量不能改,相對比較甜。‘’小鹿出抹‘’的抺茶的茶味相對就可以減低黑糖的甜度,個人比較喜歡。
