To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日晚飯時間，後面台一家大細食完，得嘢飲系台，然後吹水，出面排隊排到殺，5點攞飛排到8點仲有40個好心啲人食完走啦，係一間快餐鋪吹水，仲要明明有時間限制，啲員工好似唔知咁。排三個鐘都未有得食，真係坐飛機去日本食仲快過係到排隊。唔該你地知繁忙時間就限制執行下用餐時間啦，比啲人係入面吹水，其他人係出面排隊。真係多人食起上黎啲員工乜7都唔理。一陣有人過黎又補飛，等左三個鐘都無十台埋單，用餐時間得個講，無實際執行。無下次，第二到都無排到咁過份
