To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我1:15到左㩒飛，1個人，明明應該好快，我預大概等15分鐘，點知等左成半個幾鐘，隔離兩個學生妹遲過我嚟點知8分鐘都冇就入咗去。一人位同兩人位差咁遠。真係好令人唔耐煩，1:50先坐低，頂，都唔知入左幾多枱二人、四人位，個六人枱都勁快有。不過姐姐態度都好嘅，係分配座位嘅工作真係有好大進步空間。叫左煳辣，都好味，份量仍然多。建議可以開自助點餐，一個一個咁叫姐姐幫手落又容易被忽略而且叫錯。開左會比較方便，然後分配座位可以再認真睇吓等待時間，搵多個人幫手，呢度人手不足。

叫左煳辣，都好味，份量仍然多。
