星期三晚都要排隊,人龍證明水凖,花錢的人最誠實。金子半之助原來是創辦人個名,日本人出名細心,所有材料都是自己精心準備,例如醬汁自江戶時代留傳,用古麻油、日本製小麥粉做。怎樣吃天婦羅有教學,日本人重視流程。餐前送上黑豆茶,有益補作用。有烏冬有飯,我們各一分享,雖然百多元一份,份量非常豐富,其實很抵食。迷你天丼及稻庭冷烏冬可以有飯有烏冬,但天婦羅會少些,我覺得是好選擇。江戶前天丼的材料多個滿瀉,場面真震撼,有穴子、海老、小柱魷魚天婦羅餅、溫泉蛋、海苔、莢碗豆;餐配味噌湯及漬物。必看清楚穴子,長過半個餐牌,啖啖肉。全部天婦羅都炸得好香脆,又唔油,食得極之開心。篤穿隻蛋撈飯,個底仲有啲豉油,用日本米粒粒圓渾,琬底有甜鼓油,味道甜甜好食。飲番杯啤酒清熱氣!
